I bought an item from your website. But this is not what I want. Can I give it back?

Yes, you can. But we do have some limitations for accepting back sold goods. The date of delivery and the date of return should not be more than 7 days apart. You will receive a credit note / coupon for the same amount from Sporting Tools in 7 working days after we receive the returned goods at our office. You can use this credit note . coupon to purchase any product on

Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.

It took more than 7 days for the product to reach me. I want to return the product

We will take back a purchase as long as it is not used.

What if i received a broken/damaged item.

We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. In case of unavailability we can provide a full refund after the broken/damaged product has been delivered and examined at Sporting Tools. Please send us an email to with a picture of the broken/damaged product and inform our Customer Care at 022 - 26313753 / 26313204 within 7 days of the delivery

Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?

If the goods are returned because of any product damage, Sporting Tools  will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes - e.g. if you ordered a yellow shoe, but you now want a blue one and wish to exchange it - Sporting Tools would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you. 

When and how can i cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled if you contact within 24 hrs of placing the order and informing the customer care team by mailing them at or calling at 022 - 26313753 / 26313204.
